Shipping & Returns No orders are shipped on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. All shipping is via carrier of G.A.A. Inc. choosing. No refunds on any and all shipping charges or service charges. This is a custom made product made especially for you, there will be Absolutely No Refunds on our products. In case we made a mistake on the spelling, we will gladly replace the product at No Extra Charge. If you made the mistake, and gave us the wrong information, there will be a $6.00 charge to redo it, plus shipping and handling cost. Please allow 72 hours for processing. Your credit card will be billed from "G.A.A. Inc." for any order made on this website. All orders shipped outside of U.S. will be $10 extra.
